Neutral Glam w/ Pop of Green | Editorial Thursday

FACT: I've been a makeup hoarder for over 12 years now. I'm also a creature of habit. That being said, I'm loyal to makeup products that I love but unfortunately some that I've loved/liked in the past gets pushed back into the haven't-used-in-a-while bin. Doing this new "Editorial Thursday" series will help me out of my habit-funk and let me play with some new techniques and colors...

I've uploaded a bunch of beauty editorials in my Flickr Album that inspire me, this one being one of them. I'm not sure who the makeup artist/photographer/model this is but she is without a doubt, gorgeous.

This makeup look is actually really easy to do. Aside from the green under eye color, all the eyeshadows I used on the lid is from the Urban Decay Naked Palette #1. Yep, I had to bust out the Oldie but Goodie.  The model's skin looked extremely bronzed with little to no blush and highlight, as well as no eyeliner and a very small amount of mascara.

I really enjoyed recreating this look because it reminded me to bring more color into my makeup routine. It's also very easy to re-do and very wearable. I hope you enjoyed this post!
